At HomeFitnessCode, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your equipment, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your fitness equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, tools, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
